If you haven’t heard, the city is going to be building a train in West Seattle.
It won’t be up and running until 2030 (but knowing how cities handle big builds, maybe we should all be prepped for an extra 10 years…).
They are making progress with advisory groups and leadership groups reviewing feedback from the public to figure out the exact scope.

Advisory Groups make recommendations
Last month, the Stakeholder Advisory Group and Elected Leadership Group each met to review feedback from the public, organizations and government agencies as part of the scoping comment period, as well as findings from the Level 3 Racial Equity Toolkit analysis. This information helped inform both groups’ recommendations on what to study as part of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (Draft EIS).
